Your gut and skin are more connected than you might think.
This fiber-rich chia pudding, made with antioxidant-packed berries and finished with a fresh strawberry topping, is a delicious way to nourish your gut and support your natural glow from the inside out. ✨
This recipe creates a thick chia pudding with a spoonable texture. If you prefer a softer consistency, simply add an extra spoonful of Greek yogurt when serving and mix well.
Strawberry & Blueberry Chia Pudding (approximately 4 servings)
Ingredients
150g frozen strawberries (about 1 cup)
100g frozen blueberries (about ⅔ cup)
200g plain Greek yogurt (about ¾ cup + 1 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
5 tablespoons chia seeds
Method
Add the frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the chia seeds.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight for the best consistency.
For a vegan version: Swap the Greek yogurt for a thick coconut yogurt.
To Serve (Optional) 🍓
Top each serving with fresh strawberry cream by mashing together a few fresh strawberries, 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt, and a few drops of vanilla extract.
Add a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter (we enjoyed it without).
Finish with Hapüs granola — your gut’s favorite granola — for extra crunch and an additional boost of diverse fiber.
Enjoy! 😋
