Our Guarantee
At Hapüs Wellness, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
Returns & Refunds
Damaged or defective products: If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hapuswellness.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Satisfaction guarantee: If you’re unsatisfied with the taste or quality of any product, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement with a different product or a store credit.
Change of mind: Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns of opened products for a change-of-mind refund. Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
If you are enrolled in a subscription or recurring order, you may cancel at any time before your next scheduled shipment. Shipments that have already been dispatched are subject to the return terms above.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at info@hapuswellness.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to separate terms agreed upon at the time of purchase. Please contact us directly for wholesale return inquiries.
