Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (USPS): Estimated delivery of 3–7 business days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly noted on our website and applied automatically at checkout when available.

Local Delivery (Gulf Coast Alabama): We offer local delivery for wholesale accounts in the Gulf Coast Alabama region. Contact us for details.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are interested in international orders, please contact us at info@hapuswellness.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in that email or through your Shopify account.

Shipping Notifications

We send automated shipping notifications via email (and SMS if you have opted in). These transactional messages include order confirmation, shipping confirmation with tracking, and delivery confirmation. These are not marketing messages and will be sent regardless of your marketing preferences.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping date, please contact us at info@hapuswellness.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Perishable Product Notice

Many of our products are perishable or have a defined shelf life. We recommend storing all products according to the instructions on the packaging and consuming them within the timeframe indicated on the label for the best experience. Shelf life varies by product.
