I’m Nathalie, the founder of Hapüs Wellness.

I grew up in Brazil and moved to America over 20 years ago. Life quickly became busy, juggling school and multiple jobs, and food turned into whatever was fast and convenient.

Over time, it caught up with me. I felt low on energy, disconnected, my skin was struggling, and I knew something wasn’t right.

That was my wake-up call.

I started making small changes, which led me deeper into nutrition. Along the way, I launched a cold-pressed juice business and developed a strong passion for gut health, which I came to see as the foundation of overall health.

But even as I was eating better, I realized something I had been missing all along.

Fiber.

Even with a healthier lifestyle, getting enough of it consistently wasn’t easy.

So I started looking for ways to add more into my day, without overthinking it.

I began mixing together fiber-rich ingredients and baking them into a really crunchy, grain-free granola, made without added sugar or anything artificial.

Then I learned that 95% of Americans aren’t getting enough fiber.

That was my turning point.

I realized this wasn’t a small gap. And what I had created for myself could help others too.

That’s how Hapüs Wellness was born.

The granola you see today has been carefully developed and refined with the support of a food scientist, and is now loved by many, including nutritionists and people who are intentional about what they put into their body.

Because nourishing your gut should feel simple.

And getting enough fiber should be something you actually enjoy.
